1. Nature of Products

We sell food and consumable products. Due to their perishable nature, returns and refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions.

2. Return Eligibility
Eligible Cases
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Missing item from the order
  • Expired product received
Non-Eligible Cases
  • Opened or used food products
  • Change of mind
  • Taste or preference issues
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
3. Reporting a Return or Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side

6. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
